This resembles Toyota’s idea of what the best problem-solving technique should be. This technique relies on perseverance, objectivity, training, and customer retention.
PDCA is known as a system for developing critical thinking. The primary focus is to create iteration. It’s used to confirm or negate a hypothesis, execute a test, and analyze until you have arrived closer to the ultimate goal. Toyota proposes this method to engage the workforce to better experience innovation and create a culture of critical thinkers.
